excellent staff with my special request, and the location was stunning. you could walk to shopping centres and supermarkets. greatly enjoyed the family interconnecting room with private balcony, bathroom, window open i was given.

This place is affordably priced and boasts a wonderful location near the Beaumaris Squadron yacht club where our family event was held.

Fresh breakfast and outstanding food. Good value for money and well priced room with private bathroom and it's own balcony, a mini bar, and a couch. Location not far from restaurant on premise, close to beaches and southland shoping centre.

It's a clean and fabulous hotel with airy rooms and excellent staff. The room is well priced. They have climate control, multi-channel television, and a mini bar fridge.

This place offers great value for cozy units that come with private balconies.

Breakfast was good

Stairs from first floor to ground floor were not enclosed in the building and created an unpleasant feeling.Step to the car park was unlit because it was shaded from the light at night and extreme care was needed to avoid a fall.Air con was not heating effectively price at $150 excl breakfast was poor value.

Enjoyed the spa, had a lovely dinner in their restaurant, walked the beach and went to the local amatuer theatre which was fabulous.

The staff here are super friendly, and the breakfast is freshly made. the location is stunning, just a short walk to the beach. There are also some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby for meals and snacks. 🌊.

Beaumaris Bay Hotel is located on the ocean which is great when you come from the country

As young holiday goers, we loved the comfy bed, friendly staff, and the cool balcony with a nice breeze. Breakfast was yum!

Close to the water and reasonably comfortable.

Too many steps to our romm upstairs. Stairs all one colour and dangerous. Changed to a diownstairs room with no double spa and still had to pay for a spa room. Didn't like being asked why we were there and where we would be going whilst we were there. Very noisy place,

Nice location at the sea and not too far away from Melbourne. It was impressive to see all the cyclists passing by during the week-end.
